Thomas Holt 1848-1921
Thomas was married in March 1876 a month before going to the coast the two years ago, to a girl called Emily Laming. She was the sister of John Laming, who married John Holt's sister Jane. John and Jane were parents of cousin Florence Laming.
His brother writes to John - "I was surprised to hear of Tom's marriage, he has certainly made short work of it and struck while the iron is hot".
