Richard Holt the Great Great Great Great Great Great Great Great Great Grandfather!The first ancestor that we've been able to trace was born around 1645 and was the son of a workman in Stallingborough, a very small village with just a few houses in the North East of Lincolnshire near the river Humber. His mum and dad must have been poor and I don't know how many brothers or sisters he had but one thing is certain there was no central heating or electric lights or hot water in those cold, wet dark winters, and life cannot have been very comfortable ....More....
